Descriere job: Assist the Management team in continuing to deploy the Lean Six Sigma program through training, projects completion and communication and through sustaining Business Process Management Systems (BPMS). Conduct large scale improvement projects bringing immediate value to the organization and support internal managers to improve their site`s business process using Lean six sigma tools.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Activity areas: - Business support - Health, Safety and Environment - Quality - Continuous improvement & 6 S - Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook Responsibilities for each activity area: BUSINESS SUPPORT - Ensure support for departments in order to establish departmental objectives from the company general objectives; - Provide training for employees in Lean six sigma, level I, II, III; - Provide training for departments managers in Lean six sigma for Champions; - Work with department managers to identify the improvement projects in their activity area; - Build and lead interdepartmental improvement teams for accomplish the improvement projects ; - Manage the improvement projects on department or business level; - Initiate and organize workshops in order to sustain the Corporation improvement initiatives; - Contribute to personal and professional development of green-belts, by certification programs. HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT - Comply with all HSE and Fire Prevention rules and regulations applicable at the workplace; - Attend periodical HSE and Emergency Response trainings established for his position; - Use the specific PPE for each work place; - Is responsible for the safety of self and others; - Maintain appropriate housekeeping at the workplace. QUALITY - Participate and respects all activities and processes related to position, according to customer requirements and Cameron Quality Management system; - Propose changes to procedures and work instructions, when appropriate; - Respect the self control rules. CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT & 6 S - Participate in Kaizen events, LEAN training sessions and submit suggestions for improvement related to its own work place; - Utilize the Six Sigma tools to help to manage the improvement processes in support of business objectives. - Follow the 5S principles related to the work place (sorting, simplifying, sweeping, standardizing, self discipline).
